Abstract

Dans un environnement de plus en plus multicanal, les enseignes de distribution doivent pouvoir mieux comparer l'image de leurs magasins et de leur boutique en ligne. Mais peut-on vraiment analyser un site marchand comme un point de vente? Cet article met à la disposition des cadres et dirigeants une grille d'évaluation leur permettant de comparer sur des bases comparables, les indications délivrées par leur boutique en ligne et leurs magasins, et ainsi de mieux les contrôler.
