Le management des compétences dans les PME innovantes : étude de cas du secteur vitivinicole au Liban

Abstract

Cette communication s'intéresse au management des compétences dans les PME innovantes à travers un processus d'apprentissage organisationnel. Son objectif principal est de comprendre la manière par laquelle les PME reconnues comme innovantes, sont en train d'identifier et de manager les compétences de leurs collaborateurs. Pour ce faire, nous allons identifier les compétences critiques pour innover et les pratiques de GRH sous-jacentes qui permettent de les gérer et les développer dans cette visée d'innovation. Nous nous appuyons sur les études antérieures faites dans les domaines du management des compétences et de l'apprentissage organisationnel. Notre recherche repose sur une démarche qualitative, centrée sur une étude de cas unique, conduite au sein d'une PME innovante libanaise appartenant au secteur vitivinicole. Nous avons classifié les répondants en quatre catégories : le « Directeur Général », l' « oenologue », les « directeurs des départements » et les « salariés en poste de supervision ». Nous concluons à travers l'analyse des données recueillies que les formations jouent un rôle crucial dans l'acquisition de nouvelles compétences et le développement de celles qui existent déjà.
