Le context organisationnel favorable à l'innovation ambidextre : la créativité comme chaînon manquant

Abstract

Une étude empirique sur 307 entreprises françaises révèle que la créativité est un chaînon manquant entre le contexte organisationnel et l'ambidextrie au niveau de l'innovation, résultat qui a des implications importantes par rapport aux conditions préalables à la créativité et à l'ambidextrie au niveau de l'innovation. Les managers devraient donc mettre en place un contexte organisationnel qui encourage essentiellement la créativité - plutôt que de se focaliser directement sur des dispositifs favorisant la combinaison des innovations d'exploration et d'exploitation.
