Abstract

La gestion de l'intégration post-fusion n'est certes pas une problématique récente ; cela fait, en effet, plus de trois décennies que des travaux sont régulièrement publiés sur cette thématique. Elle reste néanmoins d'actualité au regard du nombre d'opérations de fusions & acquisitions conclues chaque année et des problématiques soulevées, telle la question du management de connaissances. Celle-ci est considérée comme l'un des facteurs-clés de survie. Des contributions récentes traitant d'un grand nombre de théories sur le processus d'intégration et passant en revue plusieurs résultats divergents, justifient l'intérêt de poursuivre les recherches dans ce domaine. Cette communication propose un cadre conceptuel permettant d'éclairer et d'appréhender la portée du management de connaissances dans la gestion du processus d'intégration sous l'angle de la normalisation et de l'institutionnalisation.
