Abstract

En este análisis, de carácter económico-jurídico, analizamos los problemas que esta nueva reforma laboral puede tener en la forma de contratar para investigar en España, así como las posibles soluciones, que abren una gran oportunidad para reducir la tradicional precariedad laboral en el sector público y privado de la investigación científica.
