Régimen jurídico-ambiental de los recursos forestales en Colombia

Abstract

Es evidente que elpaís necesita potenciar sus recursos naturales, y para ello es fundamental desarrollarun marco normativo arménico que incluya sus diferentes aspectos (político,institucional, económico y social), y que verdaderamente contribuya aimplementar una gestión sostenible de la riqueza forestal. En esta nueva publicaciónla autora estudia los presupuestos de aplicación de la normatividad existente, analizael marco regulatorio y de política de los recursos naturales, y examinadetalladamente el régimen jurídico ambiental de los bosques naturales y de lasplantaciones forestales, brindando a sus lectores un aporte académico que sirvede base para construir una legislación que integre una gestión forestalsostenible.
