Multiple criteria decision support in organizational and management chosen problems solving

Abstract

Zaprezentowano wprowadzenie do wielokryterialnego podejmowania decyzji z użyciem dwóch decyzyjnych narzędzi: Analitycznego Procesu Hierarchicznego (AHP) oraz jego udoskonalonej formy – Analitycznego Procesu Sieciowego (ANP). Przedstawiono teoretyczny aspekt obu metod oraz przykłady ich praktycznego wykorzystania do rozwiązania niektórych z otaczających nas problemów. Metoda ANP została zaprezentowana po raz pierwszy w Polsce i wykorzystana w rozwiązywaniu praktycznego problemu poprawy jakości produktów żywnościowych.
