Die Bedeutung und Nutzung von Biotechnologie-Patenten in Österreich

Abstract

Patente haben für die Biotechnologiebranche große Bedeutung. Bedenken, die vermehrt strategische Nutzung und die rasche Zunahme der Patentanmeldungen könnten Patentierungs- und Forschungsaktivitäten in Österreich im Bereich der Biotechnologie und Gentechnik beeinträchtigen, können aber nicht bestätigt werden.
