Les enjeux économiques du brevet unitaire européen

Abstract

Avec l’adoption du brevet unitaire européen qui pourrait entrer en vigueur dès le 1er janvier 2014, un nouveau régime de brevet se met en place en Europe. L’objectif de cet article est de présenter les enjeux économiques liés au brevet unitaire européen. Nous insistons aussi bien sur les avantages que sur les inconvénients. Nous montrons notamment que, si le brevet unitaire européen sera source d’économie pour les entreprises déposantes, il n’est pas forcément bénéfique pour tous les pays membres.
