Abstract

Creating a framework for sustainable economic growth is a permanent concern of policy makers from all countries and, in particular, those in developing countries. In this context, it is important to identify effective ways to increase the value of macroeconomic indicators of results, but without unbalance the economic situation in these states. An effective way to increase GDP is to stimulate exports, which are seen as an effective source of economic prosperity. Their role in ensuring economic growth of a country was noted, among others, by Adam Smith, who marked the major positive effects that international trade can have on growth and sustainable development of national economies.
