A szuburbanizációs folyamat a magyar gazdaságban
[The suburbanization process in the Hungarian economy]

Abstract

Magyarországon az utóbbi években több okból is az érdeklődés középpontjába került a gazdasági tevékenységek térbeli átrendeződése. A megnövekedett figyelem érthető, hiszen a kérdés jelentős társadalmi-gazdasági csoportok helyzetét befolyásolja, s a folyamat meglehetősen intenzív. A gazdasági tevékenységek térbeliségének megváltozása alapjaiban formálja át a kialakult helyzetet: megváltoztathatja az évtizedek alatt létrejött ingázási viszonyokat, befolyásolja az érintett önkormányzatok mozgásterét, a vállalkozások számára pedig a működési feltételek drasztikus átalakulását jelenti. A szerző e folyamat térbeliségének, intenzitásának megragadására a kereskedelem, járműjavítás nemzetgazdasági ágazatba tartozó vállalkozások csoportját vizsgálja meg, a vállalkozásdemográfia elméleti és a térökonometria módszereit alkalmazva.
