"Reményvesztett dolgozók" a fejlett piacgazdaságban
[Hopeless workers" in the developed market economie]

Abstract

A cikk az ún. reményvesztett dolgozók - az elhelyezkedés kilátástalanságába beletörődni kényszerült állástalanok - fejlett piacgazdaságú országokban követett számbavételi elveiről és gyakorlatáról, a reményvesztettek fogalmának elméleti értelmezéséről, valamint a reményvesztettség nemzetközi tapasztalatairól ad áttekintést. Az áttekintésből egyebek között az derül ki, hogy a reményvesztettség statisztikai kritériumai jóval kevésbé kiforrottak és szabványosak, mint a munkanélküliség ismérvei. Emellett elméleti megalapozottságuk kérdéses, s tényszerűen sem igazolható, hogy az e kritériumok alapján reményvesztetteknek minősülők más inaktív gazdasági csoportoknál valóban jóval szorosabban kötődnek a munkaerőpiachoz.
