Abstract

Az adminisztratív munkáltató-munkavállaló adatbázisok (Linked Employer-Employee Data, LEED) az utóbbi évtizedek legfontosabb adatinnovációi közé tartoznak, mivel egyszerre teszik lehetővé az egyének és munkáltatóik hosszú távú vizsgálatát. Tanulmányunk áttekinti a hazai adatforrások fejlődését, majd részletesen bemutatja a legfrissebb magyar kapcsolt munkáltató-munkavállaló adatbázist, a Kapcsolt Államigazgatási Paneladatbázist (rövidítve: Admin4), külön kitérve a hozzá kapcsolható modulokra és kiegészítő információkra. Zárásként nemzetközi kitekintést adunk, amelyben összehasonlító perspektívában értékeljük a magyar adatok sajátosságait, előnyeit és korlátait.
