Egy hiányzó láncszem?. Forráselosztás a magyar egészségügyben
[Resource allocation in Hungarian health care - is there a missing link?]

Abstract

A magyar egészségügyi rendszer egyik ismert hiányossága az államháztartási bevételek előnytelen újraelosztása. A jelenlegi allokációs rendszer ösztönzői közül számos rontja az intézmények hatékony működésének esélyét, valamint az egészségügyi infrastruktúrához való méltányos hozzáférést. Sok fejlett ország egészségügyi rendszere átalakításakor hasonló jellegű problémák megoldására a fejkvótás elosztást alkalmazza. A szerző azt vizsgálja, hogy ennek a módszernek a magyarországi bevezetésével - az előnyök és hátrányok feltárása után - javítható-e a rendszer hatékonysága és méltányossága.
