Abstract

"Companies adopt differing strategies to steer through the crisis. When the economic situation has become deadlocked, many take the path of looking for a solution for their company together with the workforce. Establishment-level alliances for employment are made in which both sides make the best concessions possible for them in order to ensure that the company survives and to save jobs."
