Abstract
This article presents a comparative analysis of eco-innovation across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland. Eco-innovation, defined as the development and application of new products and processes that contribute to environmental sustainability, is essential for addressing global environmental challenges. The study examines several dimensions of eco-innovation, including eco-innovation outputs, eco-innovation activities, resource efficiency, and socio-economic outcomes. Through a detailed assessment of these dimensions, the research highlights the performance and progress of each country in implementing eco-innovations. The findings reveal significant differences in eco-innovation outputs and activities, with implications for resource efficiency and socio-economic benefits. Ultimately, the article ranks the three countries based on their overall eco-innovation performance, providing insights into their respective strengths and areas for improvement. This comparative analysis contributes to a deeper understanding of eco-innovation dynamics in Central Europe and offers policy recommendations to enhance environmental sustainability in the region.
