Abstract

It is our gratification to present this research on “impact of Knowledge Management on Organizational Performance” which has been conducted in an attempt to find out the concept about the Knowledge Management and its implication. During preparation of this report the deliberation given to the concept of Knowledge Management and its impact on organizational performance in terms ROI. The Knowledge Management with strategy, learning and information technology has relationship with organizations performance in terms of ROI.We have conducted data from public and private sector of Pakistan. It is important to know the value of any organization because the KM is used to compare the impact of the organization’s performance. The primary data is used during the whole research. We come on the result that the KM has an positive impact on organizational performance
