Apprendistato: formare al futuro artigiano

Abstract

Le recenti riforme del mercato del lavoro hanno individuato l?apprendistato come canale prioritario per l?ingresso dei giovani nel mercato del lavoro. Tuttavia, le analisi sulla sua diffusione dimostrano come ne venga spesso fatto un uso improprio, al fine di ridurre i costi del personale e aumentarne la flessibilit? in entrata. In questo articolo si propone una riflessione che, legando l?apprendistato all?evoluzione dei sistemi produttivi, analizza come diverse modalit? di organizzazione del lavoro abbiano favorito (oppure ostacolato) questo contratto nel realizzare la sua missione di supporto allo sviluppo professionale dei giovani. Per fare questo si introduce una classificazione delle attivit? lavorative basata sulle modalit? di generazione della conoscenza e sul contenuto del lavoro. La tesi proposta ? che l?apprendistato possa rappresentare lo strumento contrattuale che meglio di altri permette di supportare lo sviluppo di moderne professionalit? artigiane.
