La sfida della sostenibilit? nelle organizzazioni pubbliche ad alta intensit? di conoscenza. Un modello per integrare le logiche ESG all?interno delle corporate strategies delle organizzazioni sanitarie

Abstract

Nonostante le ingenti risorse utilizzate per l?erogazione dei propri servizi e l?impatto generato a livello ambientale, sociale e di governance, il settore sanitario sembra manifestare scarso interesse nel considerare la sostenibilità un asset strategico funzionale alla sopravvivenza e allo sviluppo competitivo dell?organizzazione. Per tale motivo, attraverso l?elaborazione della ?Mappa di Processo ESG?, sono stati definiti 13 ambiti di azione e 25 temi chiave, specifici per le KIPOs sanitarie, al fine di permettere alle organizzazioni oggetto di esame di identificare gli elementi essenziali che aiutano a orientare in maniera più consapevole e responsabile le decisioni e le strategie da intraprendere in ottica di sostenibilità. Inoltre, mediante l?utilizzo della Social Network Analysis (SNA), è stato valutato l?allineamento tra i contenuti della Mappa e gli Obiettivi dell?Agenda 2030, per comprendere in che misura il settore sanitario possa contribuire al perseguimento degli SDGs. Tale mappa di processo si presta a esser facilmente adattabile ad altri settori dell?economia data la semplicità e la flessibilità dello strumento.
