Regioni e Territori nello Spazio Europeo della Ricerca

Abstract

In questo articolo ci concentriamo specificamente sulle linee emerse dal dibattito attorno allo «Spazio europeo della ricerca», ponendo al centro il nodo della ‘territorializzazione’ delle politiche di R&S e del ruolo potenziale dei livelli di governo sub-statali. Le nostre brevi annotazioni sono così strutturate: in primo luogo ricostruiamo in modo estremamente sintetico le tappe con cui si è arrivati a porre la questione della dimensione regionale dello «Spazio europeo della ricerca» (1 e 2), e i principali strumenti con cui si tende a perseguire questo obiettivo (3). In secondo luogo, consideriamo lo specifico ruolo che i livelli di governo regionali possono svolgere in questo sistema (4), e ci soffermiamo, in particolare, sul modello tedesco di collaborazione tra enti pubblici e privati nell’attività di R&S.
