Abstract

Okul se imi konusundaki temel meselelerden bir tanesi renci yerle tirilmeleriyle ilgili bir mekanizma tasarlamakt r. E itim yaz n , b yle mekanizmalar n tasarlanmas yla ilgili yol g stermesine ra men belirli tasar lar sunmamaktad r. Halen var olan okul se imi planlar ndaki kusurlar, memnun olmayan velilerin itirazlar na sebebiyet vermektedir. Biz, okul se imi problemini bir mekanizma tasar m problemi gibi form le edip Boston, Columbus, Minneapolis ve Seattle dakilerin de aralar nda oldu u mevcut okul se imi planlar ndan baz lar n analiz ediyoruz. Bu planlar n ciddi yetersizlikler bar nd rd klar n g sterip her biri nemli baz okul se imi meselelerine pratik z mler getiren iki alternatif mekanizma neriyoruz.
