Potential des Anbaus und Absatzmo glichkeiten der Walnuss in der Schweiz

Abstract

Schweiz weit stehen wenige großflächige sowie professionell bewirtschaftete Nussanlagen im Ertragsalter. Importe decken den Inlandbedarf. In letzter Zeit wurden vermehrt Nussbäume gepflanzt. Für den Direktverkauf bietet sich der Anbau zweier Hektaren mit terminal tragenden Sorten und reduziertem Pflanzenschutz an, zum Anbau für den Detailhandel 10 Hektaren mit lateral tragenden, ertragreichen Sorten unter intensivem Pflanzenschutz. Um die benötigten Preise für gewaschene, getrocknete und kalibrierte Nüsse auf Stufe Betrieb zu ermitteln, wurden mittels Variation des Nusspreises Mittelfluss und resultierende Rentabilität bestimmt. Bei einem internen Zinsfuß von acht Prozent können Nüsse der lateralen Sorten Lara und Fernor zu einem Preis von 3.4 respektive 4.63 Franken pro Kilogramm produziert werden, jene der terminalen für 6.8 Franken. Lose Fernornüsse sind mit verpackten französischen Importnüssen konkurrenzfähig. Lara würde verpackt ähnlich teuer sein. Der Direktvermarktungspreis liegt unter dem Detailhändlerpreis. Der benötigte Preis variiert bei allen Verfahren je nach ausbezahlten Löhnen und Anteil Nüssen mit handelsfähigem Kaliber beträchtlich.
