Struktur und Entwicklungspotential der Photovoltaikindustrie in Deutschland

Abstract

In den letzten Jahren hat die Photovoltaikindustrie in Deutschland, vorangetrieben von der klimapolitischen Zielsetzung der Bundesregierung und begünstigt durch die hohen Einspeisevergütungen für Solarstrom nach dem Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetz, ein rasantes Wachstum erlebt. Viele Staaten setzen auf den Ausbau der erneuerbaren Energien, und die meisten EU-Mitgliedsländer fördern sie durch Einspeisevergütungen ähnlich dem deutschen Modell, woraus sich erhebliche Exportpotentiale für die deutsche Solarindustrie ergeben. Aus Sicht der Photovoltaikunternehmen wird sich die Entwicklung auch in den kommenden Jahren fortsetzen. Die im Vergleich zum Westen strukturschwachen Regionen in Ostdeutschland konnten sich als Standorte vor allem der Hersteller etablieren.
