Stratégies de mobilité et rendements de l'ancienneté en France

Abstract

[eng] Mobility Strategies and Benefits from seniority in France.. This article examines the impact of mobility strategies on the valuation of benefits from seniority in France. An estimation using mobility variables shows that benefits from seniority are nearly one-and-a-half times as high as the standard valuation. Benefits from seniority seem to result from incentive-led contracts rather than the optimisation of specific human capital. [fre] Nous étudions l’incidence des stratégies de mobilité sur l’évaluation des rendements de l’ancienneté en France. Une estimation intégrant des variables de mobilité et d’intention de mobilité conduit à des rendements de l’ancienneté près de une fois et demi supérieurs en regard d’une évaluation standard. Ces derniers semblent plutôt résulter de contrats incitatifs que de la valorisation de capital humain spécifique.
