Unternehmertum während der Corona-Pandemie: Individuelle Resilienz

Abstract

Diese Studie untersucht anhand einer systematischen Literaturanalyse, inwiefern die individuelle Resilienz der Unternehmerperson die Unternehmensentwicklung während der Corona-Pandemie beeinflusst hat und welche Resilienzfaktoren dabei von besonderer Bedeutung sind. Obwohl die individuelle Resilienz eine wichtige unternehmerische Fähigkeit ist, die die Entscheidungs-, Veränderungs- und Innovationsprozesse eines Unternehmens maßgeblich beeinflusst, zeigt sich, dass die Forschung diesem Thema bisher nur wenig Aufmerksamkeit gewidmet hat. Bisher werden vor allem Einzelaspekte der individuellen Resilienz in der Corona-Pandemie, wie die psychische Gesundheit, individuelle Lebenszufriedenheit oder soziale und familiäre Netzwerke betrachtet. Es fehlt hingegen eine Betrachtung im Zeitverlauf und eine definitorische sowie konzeptionelle Verankerung.
