Betriebliche Reorganisation und neue Lernkulturen

Abstract

Zentrales Thema dieses Beitrags ist die Entwicklung neuer betrieblicher Lernkulturen. Theoretisches Lernen und Lernen am Arbeitsplatz werden gelegentlich als Alternativen diskutiert. Wenn man die "Employability" der Beschäftigten verbessern will, muss man jedoch beide Lernformen verknüpfen. In einer zunehmend wissensbasierten Wirtschaft ist das Lernen in der Praxis in hohem Maße wissensgeleitet; darüber hinaus muss man die Erfahrungen in der Arbeit reflektieren und aufarbeiten. Es wird gezeigt, dass die wechselseitige Durchdringung von Erfahrung und Wissen den Kern neuer Lernkulturen ausmacht. Hier sind in Deutschland Defizite festzustellen. Die Sekundärauswertung deutscher (Strukturberichterstattung des IAT) und europäischer Erhebungen (EPOC Studie aus Dublin) belegt, dass einerseits der Anteil wenig lernförderlicher Arbeitsplätze zunimmt, und andererseits an den Arbeitsplätzen, die Lernen ermöglichen, im Unterschied zu den skandinavischen Ländern und den Niederlanden zu wenig in die begleitende Weiterbildung investiert wird. Die Lernförderlichkeit von Arbeit muss verbessert werden. Die wichtigsten Aktionsfelder sind hier die Arbeitsgestaltung (Förderung von Teamarbeit etc.) und die Verknüpfung von Arbeiten mit begleitendem Lernen, das in Deutschland unterentwickelt ist.
