Internetwahlen: Ein interdisziplinärer Ansatz

Abstract

Ziel dieses Arbeitsberichtes ist es, die sehr emotional geprägten Argumentationen über die möglichen Vor- und Nachteile von Internetwahlen wieder etwas zu versachlichen. Um dabei einen möglichst umfassenden Beitrag für die Bewertung dieser Wahloption liefern zu können, wird das Themenspektrum von zwei verschiedenen Disziplinen her angegangen: in der polit-ökonomischen Analyse (Kapitel 3) werden die wichtigsten Argumente des Diskurses über das Für und Wider einer Einführung von Internetwahlen aufgegriffen und mit Hilfe des Instrumentariums der Ökonomie bewertet. Selbst wenn diese Untersuchung zu dem Schluss käme, dass die Einführung von Internetwahlen vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen wäre, so könnten einer tatsächlichen Umsetzung dieser Wahlalternative jedoch gewichtige rechtliche Probleme entgegenstehen. Aus diesem Grund werden im zweiten Hauptteil dieses Berichtes (Kapitel 4) die verschiedenen Variationen von Internetwahlen aus juristischer Sicht beleuchtet.
