Belastungsorientierte Just-in-Time Variantenfließfertigung

Abstract

Gegenstand der vorliegenden Arbeit sind zwei praktisch und theoretisch bedeutsame Probleme, die bei just-in-time orientierter Variantenfließfertigung auftreten. Ein Problem besteht darin, den Teilebedarf in der Endmontage so konstant wie möglich zu halten ("Level Scheduling Problem"). Das zweite Problem versucht, die Belastung der Arbeitsstationen möglichst konstant zu halten ("Car Sequencing Problem"). In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden beide Probleme als kombiniertes ganzzahliges Optimierungsproblem formuliert. Die LP-Relaxation des Modells wird mit Hilfe der Methode der Spaltengenerierung gelöst. In einer experimentellen Studie zeigt sich, daß mit dieser Technik auch größere Instanzen näherungsweise optimal gelöst werden können.
