Abstract

El presente libro busca contribuir a la discusión sobre cómo las asimetrías territoriales, en un sentido amplio, se entrelazan con diferentes factores que pueden facilitar o dificultar la construcción de capacidades científico-tecnológicas en áreas estratégicas o de vacancia geográfica, la identificación y alineamiento con necesidades socio-productivas del medio, y la generación de procesos y redes de vinculación, intercambio y transferencia de conocimientos. Este objetivo general se descompone en una serie de objetivos específicos, que buscan ahondar en el análisis y debate de políticas en torno a tres de los cinco ejes de la agenda de cambio institucional del Plan 2030: federalización, recursos humanos y articulación multiactoral del sistema nacional de CTI.
