Organizaciones De Conocimiento Y Sistemas Regionales De Innovación En Países En Desarrollo. Estudio De Caso Para Argentina

Abstract

Las universidades, centros I+D y otras organizaciones de conocimiento pueden desempeñar un rol clave en los procesos de innovación regionales. Esta temática resulta de interés para América Latina en función de las oportunidades que ofrecen las nuevas tecnologías aplicadas a la producción de materias primas y productos derivados. En un desarticulado Sistema Nacional de Innovación, el caso analizado puso de manifiesto un bajo uso de las organizaciones de conocimiento por parte de las firmas locales. No obstante, el complejo científico-tecnológico de la ciudad registra un sostenido crecimiento de sus vínculos con el sector productivo. El predominio de vínculos de baja complejidad, la relevancia del impulso de la demanda y la misión institucional son algunas de las evidencias encontradas.
