Abstract

Der vorliegende Beitrag setzt sich mit den Auswirkungen der fortschreitenden Digitalisierung auf unsere Arbeitswelt auseinander. Nach einer Diskussion möglicher Folgen dokumentiert eine empirische Bestandsaufnahme den bereits einsetzenden Wandel der Berufe und Erwerbsformen sowie die Rolle der Plattform?Ökonomie (u.a. mit dem Phänomen der "Solo-Selbständigkeit"). Aus diesen Überlegungen werden aktuelle und künftige sozialpolitische Herausforderungen abgeleitet und Lösungsansätze diskutiert, um den Wandel gesellschaftlich fair zu gestalten.
