Abstract

De nombreuses entreprises tirent leur performance de leur appartenance à une organisation réticulaire. A partir de ce constat, ce travail propose une analyse des documents comptables sociaux afin de déterminer si l'information lisible est révélatrice des propriétés économiques démontrées par les autres champs théoriques et la réalité des affaires.
