Abstract

Pour de nombreux spécialistes des réseaux territorialisés, la question de leur gouvernance se pose de façon critique. Cependant, peu de travaux se sont focalisés sur le sujet. Dans un contexte de multiplication de ce type de réseaux et devant les résultats mitigés des diverses expériences menées jusqu'à ce jour, cet article propose une synthèse des connaissances et des pistes de formalisation d'une structure de gouvernance territoriale.
