Abstract

Nombreux sont les auteurs qui affirment que la confiance joue un rôle prépondérant dans les échanges intra et inter-organisationnels. Cependant, rares sont les études qui ont traité de la confiance dans sa vision « globalisatrice » et en particulier du processus de constitution de celle-ci au niveau intra-organisationnel. Notre objectif dans cet article est de comprendre de la manière la plus précise possible comment se construit la confiance mais surtout essayer de redéfinir ce concept alors que l'absence de consensus sur sa définition est toujours de mise. Les résultats obtenus auprès de cent deux managers confirment que la confiance n'est autre qu'un simple dosage entre la raison et l'émotion.
