A scoping review of Moroccan research on family businesses: Current status and future insights

Abstract

La recherche marocaine sur les entreprises familiales (EF) a connu un essor significatif au cours des dernières années. Compte tenu de la prolifération des études sur ce sujet et de l'importance socio-économique de ces entités, notre étude se propose de dresser un état des lieux et d'identifier les perspectives de recherche futures. À cet effet, une revue de la littérature, englobant 61 articles publiés entre 2007 et 2022, a été réalisé. Notre étude a démontré que la recherche marocaine sur les EF s'est focalisée essentiellement sur les thématiques en lien avec la succession, le comportement financier, la gouvernance et les spécificités des EF en termes de résilience, de pratiques socialement responsables, d'apprentissage organisationnel et de richesse socio émotionnelle…etc. Néanmoins, d'autres thématiques relevant des sphères socioéconomiques et managériales demeurent inexplorées.
