Abstract

La gestion des connaissances et des compétences dans le secteur nucléaire est un sujet central tant pour les chercheurs que pour les praticiens et les décideurs politiques notamment français dans le cadre de la relance de la filière nucléaire. Cette communication constitue une première étape exploratoire d'une recherche au plus long cours et interroge, au travers de la notion d'agencement organisationnel, les dynamiques relationnelles à l'oeuvre dans le cadre de la gestion des connaissances et des compétences entre un donneur d'ordre et ses sous-traitants. Dans une logique de recherche-intervention et au travers d'une recherche qualitative d'orientation inductive, notre étude empirique prend place au sein d'une organisation évoluant dans le secteur nucléaire. Tout d'abord, notre travail de description nous permet de révéler les différentes pratiques qui se structurent au sein de communautés de pratique et de mettre en avant l'enjeu de gestion des connaissances et des compétences lié à l'activité de l'organisation. Nous montrons également comment cette gestion passe par la construction de relations entre le donneur d'ordre et ses sous-traitants qui voit se croiser une vision contractuelle et une vision partenariale de ces relations. Nous nous intéressons enfin à comment se rencontre ces deux visions dans une logique de performance industrielle sûre et l'impact des temporalités longues constitutives de ce secteur d'activité sur l'articulation des exigences de performance industrielle et de sûreté.
