L'intégration post-fusion des dispositifs de coordination au sein des Dispositifs d'Appui à la Coordination : analyse des éléments facilitant ou limitant l'intégration des équipes

Abstract

Dispositifs d'Appui à la Coordination (DAC), définis par la loi du 24 juillet 2019, visent à rationaliser l'offre de coordination et d'appui aux acteurs de santé sur les territoires. Ils n'ont pas pour vocation à être un dispositif supplémentaire dans un maillage déjà complexe mais à simplifier l'appui aux professionnels en fusionnant les dispositifs existants. Les processus de fusion sont souvent délicats et les travaux de recherche existants en sciences de gestion soulignent le caractère essentiel de la phase d'intégration post-fusion. Une étude de cas portant sur 4 structures constituées en DAC ou en cours de construction nous a permis d'effectuer une analyse de premières expériences de fusion de dispositifs de coordination au sein des DAC. L'objectif de cette étude est d'apporter des éléments de réponse à la question suivante : Quels sont les éléments facilitateurs ou freinant l'intégration des dispositifs de coordination au sein des DAC ?
