La protección administrativa de las relaciones financieras

Abstract

El presente comentario analizará sucesivamente la necesidad genérica de este tipo de órgano administrativo, encargado de proporcionar una vía alternativa para la resolución de conflictos, antes de señalar algunos aspectos mejorables del diseño organizativo y económico que se plasmaba en el citado Proyecto de ley y en la ponencia de la Comisión de Asuntos Económicos del Congreso, cambios estos últimos que subsanaron algunos defectos del Proyecto pero que retuvieron sus fallos principales.
