El impacto de los contratos para la formación y el aprendizaje en la inserción laboral de los jóvenes

Abstract

Los contratos para la formación y el aprendizaje constituyen el segundo pilar del sistema de FP dual en España. En este informe evaluamos su impacto en la inserción laboral de los jóvenes utilizando datos administrativos para una muestra de más de 600 mil entrantes. Uno de los objetivos principales es evaluar en que medida la participación en un contrato para la formación y el aprendizaje fomenta el acceso al empleo indefinido.
