Recomendaciones para combatir la corrupción en Colombia, Comisión de Expertos Anti-Corrupción

Abstract

Fedesarrollo ha priorizado en los últimos anos el análisis de políticas públicas en materia de transparencia y anticorrupción como una línea estratégica de la entidad. Este trabajo se ha materializado en diversas publicaciones con investigaciones internas y trabajos de investigadores externos, sobre varios elementos asociados a la corrupción en Colombia, incluyendo los riesgos de corrupción en la contratación pública, el análisis de redes de macrocorrupción, los determinantes de la corrupción a nivel subnacional, y el funcionamiento del sistema de justicia. Además, se han desarrollado trabajos generales que diagnostican la problemática de la corrupción en el país desde una perspectiva amplia y proponen recomendaciones en distintos sectores. Estos documentos, disponibles en la página de Fedesarrollo (www.fedesarrollo.org.co/es/content/comision-de-expertos-anti-corrupcion), e investigaciones de instituciones como Transparencia por Colombia, Dejusticia, la Misión de Observación Electoral, y la Universidad de los Andes, entre otros aportes a la literatura nacional, sirvieron de insumo a las recomendaciones listadas en este documento.
