Dynamic Voluntary Contributions to Public Goods with Stock Accumulation
This paper aims to test experimentally the fundamental economic incentives for countries to pledge reductions in emissions of green-house gases (GHG) at each negotiation of an International Environmental Agreement for Climate Change (IEACC).
