Kapazitätswirtschaftliche Analyse der Strukturelemente und Determinanten des Bikesharing

Abstract

Nachhaltige Mobilitätskonzepte, wie Carsharing und Mitfahrgelegenheiten, erfreuen sich einer immer größeren Beliebtheit. Sharing-Systeme stellen dabei eine Form sogenannter vermeidungs-orientierter Produktnutzungskonzepte dar. Beim Bikesharing werden Fahrräder an zentralen Standorten innerhalb eines Nutzungsgebietes verteilt und somit einer Nutzergemeinschaft mit unterschiedlichen Fahrtzwecken zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine schwankende Nachfrage führt jedoch häufig zu einer Ungleichverteilung der Fahrräder auf die Standorte. Im vorliegenden Arbeitsbericht wird ein allgemeiner Analyserahmen für diese kapazitätswirtschaftliche Problemstellung beschrieben. Dafür werden auf Basis des kapazitätsorientierten Systematisierungsansatzes vermeidungsorientierter Produktnutzungskonzepte nach SOUREN/DYCKHOFF/AHN [Souren, R./Dyckhoff, H./Ahn, H.: Systematisierung vermeidungsorientierter Produktnutzungskonzepte, in: Zeitschrift für Betriebswirtschaft (72) 2002, S. 359-382] die zentralen Kapazitätselemente eines Bikesharing-Systems identifiziert. Anschließend werden die zeitlichen und räumlichen Kapazitätsdeterminanten des Bikesharing analysiert. Zudem werden Lösungsansätze zur Behebung der Ungleichverteilungen sowohl aus praktischer als auch wissenschaftlicher Sicht vorgestellt.
