Branchenanalyse Pharmaindustrie: Geschäftsmodelle von Lohnherstellern und deren Auswirkungen auf Beschäftigung und Arbeitsbedingungen

Abstract

Die Studie untersucht die Gruppe der Lohnhersteller innerhalb der Pharmaindustrie, also solche Hersteller, die über keine eigenen Produkte verfügen, sondern im Auftrag für forschende Pharmaunternehmen tätig sind. Bislang ist über Lohnhersteller in der Pharmaindustrie nur wenig bekannt, da sie über amtliche Statistiken nicht abgebildet werden kann. Ziel der Untersuchung ist daher, ein Profil dieser unerforschten Teilbranche in Deutschland herauszuarbeiten und Geschäftsmodelle zu untersuchen. Die Ergebnisse sollen Ansatzpunkte liefern, um Maßnahmen zur Standortsicherung zu entwickeln und Handlungsempfehlungen für Mitbestimmungsträger abzuleiten.
