Abstract

El objetivo principal de este libro es analizar varios aspectos del sector externo de México. El libro está dividido en tres partes: a) mercados nancieros, b) comercio internacional y ciclos sectoriales, y c) política laboral y turismo. En la primera parte se tratan temas vinculados con los ujos de inversión extranjera de cartera, los componentes permanentes y transitorios de los índices bursátiles de los países que forman parte del TLCAN y los efectos de los choques económicos internacionales sobre el comportamiento de la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores. En la segunda parte, se habla sobre la sincronización nacional e internacional de los ciclos sectoriales de nuestro país, la cointegración en la región del TLCAN y las exportaciones mexicanas. Por último, la tercera parte del libro aborda cuestiones sobre la exibilidad laboral mexicana y los efectos de la criminalidad y competitividad sobre los destinos turísticos de sol-playa y fronterizos del país.
