El derecho internacional y sus efectos en los contratos estatales

Abstract

Las diferentes fuentes del derecho internacional (los tratados, la costumbre internacional, los principios generales de derecho aceptados por los Estados, la jurisprudencia internacional) son a su vez fuentes de derecho de los contratos estatales, conjuntamente con las reglas del derecho nacional. Este libro explora los problemas de coordinación entre el derecho internacional y el derecho nacional, y de interpretación de las reglas de uno y del otro, que se les presentan en la práctica a los jueces nacionales e internacionales, cuando aplican el derecho internacional a los contratos estatales.
