Die regionale Dimension der Gleichstellung auf dem Arbeitsmarkt. Das Beispiel Oberösterreich

Abstract

Die Ungleichheit der Einkommens- und Beschäftigungschancen von Frauen und Männern haben auch einen regionalen Aspekt. Am Beispiel Oberösterreichs zeigt sich, dass das geschlechtsspezifische Gefälle auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zwischen den Bezirken stark variiert. Insbesondere unterscheiden sich die Erwerbsbeteiligung im Haupterwerbsalter und die Einkommenslücke zwischen Frauen und Männern. Abweichungen der Qualifikationsstruktur, aber auch die geringere Mobilität und stärkere Bindung von Frauen an den lokalen Arbeitsmarkt sind Faktoren, die sich in diesen regionalen Disparitäten niederschlagen.
