Industrial Service Networks — Spezifika und Überblick über den Stand der Forschung

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Industrielle Dienstleistungen sind für eine Vielzahl von produzierenden Unternehmen mittlerweile ein Geschäftsfeld von hoher Bedeutung. Gründe für das Angebot von diesen Dienstleistungen sind oftmals Defizite im Produktgeschäft der Unternehmen. Mangelnde Marge und fortschreitende Kommoditisierung sind einige Gründe hierfür. Analog zum Produktgeschäft bilden sich auch im Dienstleistungsgeschäft Wertschöpfungsnetzwerke. Für bestimmte Kundengruppen oder Regionen werden die Dienstleistungen vollständig durch Netzwerkpartner erbracht. In der Literatur wurde diesen speziellen Wertschöpfungsnetzwerken — die wir Industrial Service Networks nennen wollen — bisher nur wenig Aufmerksamkeit zuteil. Daher ist es Ziel dieses Beitrags, den Forschungsstand zu Industrial Service Networks zu analysieren und zukünftige Forschungsrichtungen vorzuschlagen.
