Abstract

This research explores how senior management’s sustainable entrepreneurial orientation via green human resource management (GHRM) practices influences employees’ and the organizations’ sustainability outcomes, with corporate social responsibility acting as a moderator. The research was conducted in China; it scrutinized the feedback of 396 employees by running an analysis on SmartPLS 4.1. The results uncover the positive effects of executives’ sustainable entrepreneurial orientation with GHRM practices, employee innovative behavior, and firm environmental outcomes. GHRM practices mediate the impact of executives’ sustainable entrepreneurial orientation on employees and organizational sustainability outcomes. Additionally, corporate social responsibility initiatives strengthen the GHRM practice’s effect on employees and the organizations’ sustainable outcomes.
