Abstract

В статье рассматриваются процессы перелива знаний и диффу-з ии технологий в регионах России на примере распространения информационно-компьютерных технологий с использованием. Показано существенная зависимость числа используемых в регионах России персональных компьютеров с подключением к интернету от среднего уровня образования работающего населения.
