Preferencje Polaków dotyczące struktury własnościowej mieszkań: opis wyników ankiety

Abstract

W artykule opisano wyniki badania ankietowego przeprowadzonego na reprezentatywnej próbie 1005 Polaków. Jego celem było poznanie preferencji dotyczących formy własnościowej użytkowanej nieruchomości. Przeprowadzone analizy wskazują, że niski udział najmu rynkowego w Polsce wynika zarówno z czynników o charakterze ekonomicznym, m.in. z wysokiego poziomu czynszów, jak i behawioralnym, w tym z niższej satysfakcji z użytkowania najmowanego lokalu, wynikającej z mniejszego poczucia bezpieczeństwa czy ujemnego wpływu na status społeczny. Odpowiedzi na pytania ankiety pokazują także, że około jednej trzeciej respondentów dopuściłoby możliwość użytkowania wynajętego lokalu, gdyby rynek najmu był lepiej zorganizowany.
